Is Flow State a health service?
No. Flow State provides general education and retail products. It does not diagnose, treat or provide emergency advice.
Are the draft products available now?
No. Draft sourcing candidates have no inventory and cannot be purchased. They remain in draft until supplier approval, samples, compliance, final imagery, warranty and margin are verified.
Which blender are you considering?
The Vitamix Explorian E310 currently leads the quality shortlist. It is not yet approved for sale by Flow State, and the commercial case depends on authorised reseller terms.
Are blenders high-margin?
Sometimes in dollar terms, but often not as a percentage. Public Australian appliance-retail data shows strong price competition. We calculate margin only after a written wholesale quote and landed-cost model.
Can a pillow treat neck pain or sleep apnoea?
Flow State does not make that promise. Pillows can change comfort and position. Persistent neck symptoms or possible sleep apnoea should be assessed by a qualified clinician, and prescribed treatment should not be stopped because a pillow feels helpful.
Can I return a pillow?
Change-of-mind returns require the product to remain unopened, unused and in resalable condition. This hygiene restriction does not remove rights for faulty, unsafe or incorrectly described goods under the Australian Consumer Law.
Are your articles independent?
They identify sources and limitations. If Flow State later has a commercial relationship relevant to an article, that relationship should be disclosed.
