1. Start with a useful question
How do I make a more satisfying smoothie? What pillow height might suit my sleep position? Can a lumbar cushion improve the way my chair feels? Our guides begin with the decision, not a product pitch.
2. Check the evidence
We prioritise systematic reviews, guidelines, official Australian sources and transparent independent product testing. Every health article includes source links and limitations.
3. Check the exact product
Category evidence is not proof for a particular SKU. Before launch we verify dimensions, materials, certifications, intended purpose, care instructions, warranty and supplier identity. Electrical products also require an Australian responsible-supplier and RCM check.
4. Test the sample and the economics
A product must work in practice and leave enough contribution after GST, freight, payment fees, returns and support. A famous brand or high RRP does not guarantee a viable margin.
5. Publish with clear boundaries
Listings explain who the product may suit, how to use it, what to verify and when to seek professional advice. Medical devices include the applicable intended purpose and mandatory statement.
6. Keep learning
We review sources and correct claims when stronger evidence or updated regulation becomes available.
