Every product must earn its place
A product is not approved because it looks good, has a high RRP or carries a wellness label. Before activation we check the supplier, sample, evidence, compliance, landed cost, warranty, returns path and accuracy of the images and description.

- Responsible Supplier and RCM evidence for in-scope equipment
- Clear user manual, warnings and hot-liquid limitations
- Local warranty, service and recall contact
- Physical sample testing for stability, noise, cleaning and performance
Pillows and positioning products
- Verified dimensions, foam and fabric
- Care and hygiene-return instructions
- Supplier-approved imagery
- Clear distinction between comfort, positioning and therapeutic claims
- ARTG verification and mandatory wording where the product is a medical device
Evidence standard
We favour systematic reviews, guidelines and official sources. We state uncertainty and do not claim that evidence about a category proves the performance of a specific product.
Commercial standard
Gross margin is calculated on a GST-consistent basis and stress-tested for freight, payment fees, returns, discounts, warranty cost and unsold stock. Draft status remains until the numbers are real.
Image standard
Concept images may be used during internal review and must be clearly identified. They are replaced with accurate supplier-approved or original product photography before activation.
