Australia delivery
Available delivery methods, costs and estimated timeframes are shown at checkout for products that have been activated for sale. Draft products cannot be purchased or shipped.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched after payment and stock checks. Pre-order, supplier-direct or made-to-order items will state their different timeframe on the product page.
Large and regional deliveries
Bed wedges and other bulky products may attract location-based freight charges. Regional, remote and island destinations can take longer and may require a quote.
Tracking and address checks
Tracking is provided where the carrier supports it. Check the delivery address before placing the order and contact us quickly if a correction is needed; an address cannot always be changed after dispatch.
Damage in transit
Photograph the packaging and product as soon as possible and contact us with the order number. Keep the packaging until the issue is resolved.
Electrical products
Electrical products are supplied only in the approved Australian configuration described on the listing. Do not use a damaged appliance or power cord.
International delivery
Unless a product page and checkout explicitly offer an international destination, the store ships within Australia only.
