About these terms
These terms apply when you access the Flow State website or buy goods, digital content or services from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may cancel and refund an order if stock, price or product information contains a genuine error, or if fraud is reasonably suspected.
Product information
We take reasonable care with descriptions and images. Screen settings, natural materials and manufacturing batches may cause minor variation. Measurements and suitability information should be checked before ordering.
Digital content
Digital products are licensed for the use stated on the product page. Copyright remains with Flow State or the relevant rights holder. Unauthorised copying, sharing, resale or public distribution is prohibited.
Services
Service bookings provide general educational support. You are responsible for giving accurate information, choosing a safe environment and seeking professional medical advice where appropriate.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, infringe intellectual property, or use the store for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Our liability is not limited where the law does not allow it to be limited.
Governing law
